Minopex, a DRA Global Company, established a Talent “Pipeline” into which young talent is recruited, trained, and prepared for successful careers in the organisation. The purpose of this “pipeline” is to ensure a consistent flow of suitable young professionals into the Company. Professionals in Training (PITs) are trainees placed into 24-month structured development programme which will enable them to function as skilled individuals as well as preparing them to register as a professional at the relevant professional association.

Projects completed by the PITs during the course of the year, were recently showcased at Minopex’s very own in-house PIT Conference. The conference was introduced in 2019 to afford PIT’s the opportunity to showcase their projects. It was very well received by all and PITs were excited about the opportunity to showcase their hard work and dedication.
