In July 2023, we launched a safety roadshow that visited all our sites in South Africa and Lesotho. The roadshow was a creative and effective way to raise safety awareness and culture change among our employees, using the power of industrial theatre.

The roadshow had three scenes, each showing a different phase of the safety transformation journey.

The roadshow was very well received, as it grabbed the interest and feelings of our employees and motivated them to put safety first in everything they do. The roadshow also showed the importance of coaching, accountability, and teamwork in creating a positive safety culture, where everyone works together to achieve the common goal of #FASTIRTogether.
