Our Front End Solutions advisors assist mining companies with initiatives such as strategic value chain optimisation and modelling, developing decarbonisation strategies and carbon footprinting, business case development, commodity and/or early stage mining opportunities, strategic techno-economic tradeoff assessments, novel technology evaluations, and a range of tactical and technical mining and processing improvement projects.
OPTIMISATION AND REMOTE OPTIMISATION
Our Optimisation and Remote Optimisation specialists assist clients with their operational excellence, continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Key focus areas include data analytics, simulation, remote modelling and establishing remote operations centres. They also assist with implementing and commissioning digital solutions and technologies such as advance control and monitoring applications (APC &APM).

The Operational Readiness and Rapid Project Ramp-up team has assisted many clients to de-risk projects and improve operational readiness during construction and handover/commissioning. They conduct operational readiness assessments, provide commissioning support and run brownfield studies.
