In May 2024, our safety team took a proactive step by arranging for a motivational speaker to address our staff. Mdu Mathenjwa, an individual with a powerful personal journey, shared his insights and experiences, highlighting the profound importance of safety in the workplace. 

As we move forward, Minopex remains steadfast in our commitment to safety. We will continue to invest in education, training, and motivational initiatives to ensure that every member of our team is equipped with the knowledge and mindset necessary to maintain a safe and secure workplace environment.
